- Brand - image of City as united community that is accepting
- Permit issuance - must place the permit immediately
- Risk Reduction - focus on items that help to lower risk for major project proponents:

What Should Happen Next?
- Agreement that these are top priorities
- State, document and then get everyone pulling in same direction
- Influence government to support agree and execute
- Tell the world that we want Eider Rock and will move mountains
